Site Engineer & Project Manager (Bengaluru)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Site Engineer and Project Manager to join our Bengaluru office. The successful candidate will lead on‑site construction activities, ensure quality standards, and keep projects on schedule while coordinating with engineers, clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations on site, monitoring progress and safety.
• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets to meet client specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with civil and structural engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in on‑site construction management and quality control.
• Strong self‑motivation, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with teams and clients.
