Site Engineer – Marine Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join a leading marine construction company operating in the Middle‑East. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dredging, reclamation and other civil marine projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute activities related to dredging, land reclamation and civil marine works.
• Prepare and initiate site inspections together with consultants in accordance with quality control procedures.
• Generate site work orders for additional tasks performed by subcontractors that fall outside the original contract.
• Oversee construction of breakwaters, quay walls, beach profiling, revetments and related structures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine or Construction) or an equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in dredging, reclamation or marine construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects within set deadlines, budgets and safety/environmental guidelines.
