Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will work full‑time on‑site in Kota, overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring projects meet design and structural specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site work and coordinate with civil engineers and contractors.
• Monitor quality control, inspect materials and workmanship, and maintain site records.
• Support project scheduling, progress reporting and ensure safety compliance.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients and on‑site teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Proven on‑site supervision and construction management experience.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with engineers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of structural engineering concepts and civil construction practices.
• Understanding of safety regulations and basic project management principles.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with prior Site Engineer experience.
