Site Engineer

About the role

Vinton, a leading Architectural Metal Works company, is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee day‑to‑day construction activities and ensure that metal‑fabrication projects are executed according to design intent, schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Study project scope, drawings and specifications in detail.
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work follows drawings and schedule.
• Manage site manpower, including allocation, productivity tracking and attendance.
• Arrange and coordinate materials, tools and resources required on site.
• Handle site‑related cash expenses and labour accommodation arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site updates to the Project Engineer.
• Coordinate with the client through the Project Engineer for execution and issue resolution.
• Verify labour attendance and update HR via the ERP system.
• Support the project team to achieve timely completion of site works.

Required profile

• B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma (Polytechnic) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision.
• Preferred experience in production, fabrication or construction fields.

Required skills

• ERP system usage for attendance and HR updates.
