Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities on our commercial and high‑rise projects. The role involves ensuring that all works are carried out according to design drawings, specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations and manage labour, contractors and material logistics.
• Verify that construction work follows approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily and weekly reports and liaise with the project team.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical or site‑related issues promptly to avoid delays.

Required profile

• BTech or MTech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling large commercial or high‑rise construction projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Project management expertise.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience using site measurement tools.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑rise construction.
