Site Engineer – Civil (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Site Engineer (Civil) to work on‑site in Chennai or Virudhunagar. You will oversee all phases of residential villa projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to align expectations.
• Prepare detailed micro‑schedules and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for each project.
• Handle documentation and client coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience (PMC preferred).
• Experience limited to individual villas and independent residential houses.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Not eligible: experience in high‑rise, towers, PWD, or road projects.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety norms.
• Proficiency with project management tools/software.
• Ability to prepare detailed micro‑schedules and BOQs.
• Basic computer skills with good command of MS Excel.
