Site Civil Engineer – Large‑Scale Aviation Projects

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and oversee multiple large‑scale aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The role involves managing civil engineering activities on‑site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project designs and plans.
• Supervise and monitor all civil engineering activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction activities and implement robust quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments, and provide progress updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) with 8–15 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience on aviation terminal or similarly complex infrastructure projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques and materials.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro.
• Proficiency in Primavera.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
