About the role
The company is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to lead building construction activities on a project located in Mon, Nagaland. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards while coordinating closely with contractors and client representatives.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and execute building construction activities on site.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage contractors, labour teams, and site resources.
- Monitor quality, safety, and overall project progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with project management.
- Handle quantity measurements and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with consultants and client representatives.
Required profile
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Ability to manage site execution independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
