Shuttle Driver – Customer Transport & Support

About the role

The Shuttle Driver provides safe, reliable transportation for customers and supports daily workshop operations. This position combines driving duties with administrative support to ensure smooth logistics and a high level of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles, keeping them clean, fueled, and well‑maintained.
• Transport customers, parts, supplies, and vendor items between locations.
• Assist the Service Department with errands, including bank deposits and office supply ordering.
• Coordinate weekly lunch orders, team celebrations, and company events.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies, branded materials, and employee swag.
• Support miscellaneous tasks for management to keep day‑to‑day operations running efficiently.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record; ability to operate a standard‑transmission vehicle is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety checklists.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for inventory and administrative tasks.
