Shopify & Web Developer (On-site, Mumbai)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Shopify & Web Developer to join our digital marketing agency in Goregaon East, Mumbai. The role involves building, customizing, and maintaining e‑commerce and corporate websites while supporting the company’s day‑to‑day technical needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Shopify stores using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies.
• Build and customize WordPress sites and other CMS platforms, handling themes, plugins and site administration.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, optimization and automation.
• Customize Shopify themes, sections, apps and plugins to meet business requirements.
• Manage domains, hosting, SSL certificates, DNS settings and business email systems.
• Create and maintain official email IDs, user access, subscriptions and tool accounts.
• Track software licences, subscriptions, renewals and payment details.
• Administer Google Workspace, payment gateways, APIs and other online platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites, email, domains and hosting.
• Collaborate with design, content, social media and performance marketing teams.
• Optimize sites for speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO, security and overall user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Shopify/Web developer with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools and technologies.
