Shop Employee

About the role

The Shop Employee will be the front‑line representative of Rushabh Organics in its Ahmedabad store. You will greet customers, answer product queries and guide them toward healthy, organic choices while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing detailed information on ghee, khakhara, jaggery, teas and snacks.
• Process cash and digital sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain tidy, attractive product displays and ensure the shop is clean and organized.
• Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries and store inventory following food‑safety standards.
• Operate basic shop equipment and, when required, a forklift for stock handling.
• Support promotional activities and stay updated on new product lines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with courteous and attentive communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
• Minimum high‑school education or equivalent; interest in health, wellness or organic products is a plus.
• Prior experience in retail, grocery or wellness stores is preferred but not mandatory.
