Shooting Coach & Receptionist (Pune)

About the role

We are expanding our Airsoft India Sports Arena in Pune and need a dynamic individual who can combine expertise in shooting sports with front‑desk responsibilities. As a Shooting Coach and Receptionist you will ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for visitors while managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers on safe handling of airguns and CO₂‑powered airguns.
• Conduct introductory shooting sessions for beginners.
• Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Assist with bookings, payments, and basic record‑keeping.
• Support arena maintenance and uphold a high standard of customer experience.

Required profile

• Experience with airguns or CO₂‑powered airguns.
• Passion for shooting sports and safety.
• Strong communication skills in English; Hindi and Marathi are a plus.
• Friendly, responsible, disciplined, and safety‑conscious.
