About the role

We are looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a busy restaurant environment. You will supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high‑quality service and profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and high‑quality service.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) through cost controls, inventory management, labor optimization, and financial performance reviews.
  • Handle staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high‑performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and uphold brand standards at all times.
  • Drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction through superior service delivery.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of restaurant staff.
  • Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and achieve business goals.
