SharePoint/O365 Developer (Hybrid) – Pune

About the role

Capco is seeking a SharePoint/O365 Developer to design, build and automate guest access solutions for SharePoint Online. The role is based in Hinjewadi, Pune and operates in a hybrid model with two days on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop request, approval and provisioning flows using Power Automate, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
• Implement site templates, PnP provisioning, policies, sharing boundaries and sensitivity labels.
• Integrate with ServiceNow or JIRA for approvals and audit trails.
• Automate access reviews, entitlement packages and just‑in‑time access via Graph API and PowerShell.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or Bitbucket, produce deployment guides and support escalations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration (SPFx, PnP Framework, CSOM, Graph API).
• Proficiency in Azure Functions, Logic Apps and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Entra ID B2B, Conditional Access, Access Reviews and Privileged Identity Management.
• Familiarity with Purview sensitivity labels and Data Loss Prevention.
• Solid programming skills in C# and TypeScript and experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Bitbucket.
