About the role

As a Service Technician you will be a key member of our property team, ensuring that our buildings are well‑maintained and that tenants receive high‑quality service. You will work both independently and together with colleagues from one of our four regional offices, managing a defined area of interior and exterior property care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance such as replacing faucets, toilets and other fixtures.
• Plan and execute repair projects and ongoing upkeep of common areas, playgrounds and property zones.
• Conduct apartment inspections and report findings.
• Maintain gardens – mowing, cleaning, planting and general landscaping.
• Shovel snow and participate in snow‑watch duties.
• Communicate daily with tenants, both verbally and in writing, handling service requests, feedback and complaints.
• Enter and report data in digital systems and proactively contribute to tenant‑satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• YH or high‑school education focused on construction, electricity, property management or gardening.
• Experience in the property sector and familiarity with at least one of the following: plumbing, carpentry, electrical work or construction.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with good written and spoken Swedish.
• Valid B‑class driver’s licence.
