About the role

We are looking for two Service Technicians to join our property team and help create safe, well‑maintained and pleasant living environments for our tenants. Working from one of four regional offices, you will be responsible for the upkeep of a defined area, both interior and exterior, and will combine practical tasks with direct contact and service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance such as replacing faucets, toilets and other fixtures.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance and ad‑hoc repairs.
• Inspect and maintain common areas, property grounds and playgrounds.
• Carry out apartment inspections and report findings.
• Handle garden work, grass cutting, planting and general outdoor upkeep.
• Snow removal and participation in snow‑watch duties.
• Communicate daily with tenants, both verbally and in writing, to address service requests, feedback and complaints.
• Enter and report activities in digital systems and contribute to proactive improvement of tenant satisfaction.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or vocational education with focus on construction, electrical, property or horticulture.
• Experience in the property sector is preferred.
• Strong service orientation and ability to interact positively with tenants.
• Good computer literacy and experience with administrative tasks.
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Valid driver’s licence (category B).
