ServiceNow Consultant – Walk‑in Drive (Kolkata)

About the role

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our Service Management team in Kolkata. This is a walk‑in recruitment event scheduled for 18 July, where candidates with 6‑10 years of relevant experience can present themselves directly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM modules on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create server‑side and client‑side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Build and customize Service Portal sites, pages, and widgets using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement integrations with third‑party applications via REST APIs and manage platform upgrades.
• Develop workflow automations using Flow Designer, Workflow Management, and Orchestration.
• Utilize Automated Testing Framework (ATF) for test script creation and execution.
• Design scoped applications, catalog items, and ESC portal components.
• Maintain platform health through upgrades, scan engine management, and best‑practice configuration of CMDB/CSDM.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and deliver solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with platform maintenance and upgrades.
