Service Coordinator

About the role

Roda Assistance is seeking a Service Coordinator to join its Emergency Services team in Ernakulam. You will be the first point of contact for customers facing vehicle breakdowns, ensuring swift and courteous assistance around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Answer emergency calls and provide immediate support to distressed motorists.
• Dispatch nearby technicians or towing services based on the customer's location.
• Coordinate with field teams to guarantee timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and service requests.
• Communicate with customers in at least three languages, including Telugu and English.
• Work rotating shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Fluency in Telugu and English, plus proficiency in at least one additional language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling emergency situations efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
• Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is a plus, but not mandatory.
