Server / Waiter / Waitress – Guest Service Role

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will deliver prompt, courteous service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that reflects our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and guide seating arrangements.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining professional presentation.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness and overall station appearance.
• Handle guest requests, resolve complaints courteously and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Follow hygiene, safety and service SOPs at all times.
• Process billing, manage payments and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Perform opening, closing and side duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in restaurant or hotel service; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (Point‑of‑Sale) systems.
• Basic understanding of customer service standards and billing procedures.
