Server Security Manager – OS Vulnerability & Compliance Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Server Security Manager to lead OS security vulnerability remediation, compliance audits, and baseline configuration management across our server estate. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of security gaps and adherence to internal and external standards.

Key responsibilities

• Apply patches and updates promptly to mitigate OS security risks.
• Coordinate and close findings from internal and external audits.
• Maintain secure baseline configurations for Windows, Linux, and macOS servers.
• Oversee Certificate Authority processes, domain and certificate renewals.
• Track and remediate vulnerabilities identified during VAPT cycles.
• Drive OS and software upgrades, application whitelisting, and EOL tracking.
• Represent IT in governance and security meetings.
• Implement compliance initiatives aligned with ISO, SEBI‑CSCRF, and corporate policies.
• Maintain inventory, change‑management workflows, and compliance dashboards.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in server security compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proven experience in patch management, VAPT remediation, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
