SEO Specialist – On‑site (Ahmedabad)

About the role

Growthify.in is looking for an SEO Specialist to join its Ahmedabad office. You will be responsible for improving the visibility and performance of client websites through data‑driven optimisation and strategic link‑building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and optimise on‑page content for search intent.
• Perform technical and on‑page SEO audits and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and content across websites and landing pages.
• Monitor rankings, traffic trends and use analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies, including outreach and backlink profile maintenance.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers and the broader marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
• Prepare regular performance reports and align SEO activities with overall marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong experience in keyword research and on‑page SEO.
• Proven track record conducting comprehensive SEO audits (technical, content, structural).
• Hands‑on experience with link‑building and outreach.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and reporting.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Moz.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and basic website architecture (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with attention to detail.
