SEO Specialist - Kochi

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for a portfolio of D2C, B2C, B2B and omnichannel brands. The role involves creating and executing data‑driven SEO strategies that increase visibility, traffic and conversions across multiple digital properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, URLs, internal linking, headings and schema markup to improve on‑page performance.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, monitor crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals and page speed, and work with developers to resolve issues.
• Perform keyword research, search‑intent analysis and create SEO‑friendly content briefs; optimize existing content and identify gaps.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions and other KPIs; produce weekly and monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Design ethical link‑building campaigns, monitor backlink quality and explore digital PR opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, performance‑marketing and brand teams; support website migrations and new launches from an SEO perspective.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience delivering measurable organic growth for e‑commerce or brand websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
