SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive search engine optimisation strategies. You will work closely with content, development and marketing teams to boost organic visibility, drive qualified traffic and support lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SEO strategies that improve rankings and website performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Perform on‑page optimisation, including meta titles, descriptions, header tags, internal linking, image optimisation and content recommendations.
• Lead off‑page activities such as link‑building campaigns, backlink analysis and authority building.
• Run regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, site speed, structured data and site architecture.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Refresh and other SEO platforms.
• Optimise for emerging search formats such as AEO, GEO and AI‑driven results.
• Prepare and present performance reports covering rankings, traffic, conversions and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SEO.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with Google algorithm updates (Penguin, Panda, Core Updates, AI‑driven changes).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS basics and SEO‑friendly coding practices.
