SEO Specialist – Drive Organic Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives for our digital properties. The ideal candidate will have 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience across traditional, technical, local, and emerging AI‑focused SEO disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, topic clustering and semantic optimization to match user intent and AI‑driven search patterns.
• Execute on‑page SEO tactics including metadata, internal linking, schema markup and content structuring.
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawling, indexing, sitemaps and robots.txt.
• Optimize for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to enhance visibility in AI‑generated search results.
• Lead backlink audits, competitor analysis and white‑hat link‑building, including guest posting and digital PR.
• Manage Local SEO efforts such as Google Business Profile, citations, NAP consistency and location‑based keyword targeting.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices across all digital assets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Familiarity with emerging SEO trends like GEO and AEO.
