SEO Manager / Specialist (3-8 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager or Specialist to lead our search engine optimisation initiatives and drive organic growth for our clients. The role is based in our Kolkata office and requires 3‑8 years of hands‑on SEO experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that increase organic traffic and support business objectives.
• Conduct on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO audits, including Core Web Vitals, indexing and schema implementation.
• Perform keyword research, content optimisation, backlink acquisition and guest‑posting campaigns.
• Utilise AI‑driven optimisation (AIO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) techniques to stay ahead of algorithm changes.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
• Collaborate with content, development and marketing teams, especially on WordPress and other CMS platforms.

Required profile

• 3‑8 years of proven SEO experience with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates and emerging AI search trends.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
