SEO Manager (Remote)

About the role

411 BPO is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead a global team of 5-6 team leads and 40-50 SEO technicians working across different time zones. The main goal is to improve clients' Google and Bing rankings through effective SEO strategies and by managing key performance indicators. The position is full-time and remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the team, give guidance, training and performance feedback, and manage schedules and workloads to meet client deadlines.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for Google and Bing, keeping up with trends, algorithms and best practices.
• Conduct regular website audits, monitor rankings and user behaviour, and oversee on-page, off-page, technical and local SEO.
• Define and track KPIs, analyse SEO data, report campaign progress and present results to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales and with content creators and web developers on SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing global teams across time zones is highly desirable.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz and SEMrush.
