SEO Manager – Lead Organic Growth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own and drive our search engine optimisation strategy across client and company websites. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, increasing traffic, and supporting business growth through data‑driven SEO initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap studies.
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix site speed, crawlability, indexing, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals issues.
• Oversee on‑page optimisation, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
• Plan and manage off‑page link‑building campaigns.
• Work closely with content writers to produce SEO‑optimised copy.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and generate regular reports.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior SEO executives as needed.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
• Experience managing multiple websites, preferably with international clients.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team‑leadership skills.
