SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven SEO Manager to lead our organic growth strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered platforms. You will own the end‑to‑end SEO process, from technical audits to content optimization, ensuring increased traffic, leads, and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
• Perform technical SEO audits, improve crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
• Optimize on‑page content for search intent, conduct content audits, and enforce EEAT principles.
• Lead off‑page initiatives, including link‑building and digital PR, to enhance domain authority.
• Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI search tactics.
• Manage external SEO agencies and collaborate with product, engineering, content, and marketing teams.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce actionable reports, and present insights to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills for cross‑functional coordination.
