SEO Manager – Content Strategy & International Growth

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Manager to lead content strategy, keyword optimization, and organic growth across multiple markets. You will work closely with the Director of SEO, Senior Technical SEO Specialist, and cross‑functional teams to boost our visibility on traditional search and AI‑driven surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in‑depth keyword research and develop cluster‑level content plans aligned with user intent.
• Collaborate with content marketers and writers to optimize blogs, landing pages, and storefronts for meta tags, headings, internal linking, and entity markup.
• Create detailed briefs that include AEO‑friendly FAQs, semantic coverage, and localization guidelines.
• Monitor competitor strategies on both classic SERPs and AI overviews, identifying gaps and actionable tactics.
• Track organic traffic, rankings, AI overview presence, and conversions using Adobe Analytics and Google Search Console; produce regular performance reports.
• Manage multilingual SEO, ensuring proper hreflang implementation and cultural relevance.
• Partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to align SEO initiatives with broader business goals.
• Support the Senior Technical SEO Specialist with strategic content initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in content‑driven SEO for large‑scale or international websites.
• Hands‑on experience with AI overview optimization, schema/entity SEO, and generative engine ranking factors.
• Proven ability to conduct topical and keyword research, on‑page optimization, and to craft conversion‑focused content briefs.
• Experience working with large content teams and publishing SEO‑optimized material at scale.
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and buyer‑journey funnel development.
