SEO Manager – Assistant Manager/Manager

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and growth‑focused SEO Manager (Assistant Manager/Manager level) to lead organic traffic, lead and revenue generation for key business categories at Simplilearn. The role will collaborate closely with product, content, marketing and business teams to design and execute scalable SEO strategies that directly impact the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic visibility, traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Define quarterly SEO roadmaps, set performance goals and track key success metrics.
• Lead local SEO initiatives to enhance Google Maps and regional search presence.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits, optimise site architecture, URL structures, internal linking, crawlability, indexation and schema markup.
• Improve site performance, page speed and mobile‑first experience.
• Perform keyword research, optimise on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers and content.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse traffic, rankings, CTR, leads and conversions, providing actionable insights through reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO initiatives for mid‑to‑large scale websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into growth strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
