SEO Lead – Drive Organic Growth for Hospitality Platform

About the role

Treebo Hospitality Ventures is seeking a senior SEO professional to own and scale the organic acquisition funnel for its fast‑growing hospitality platform. You will be responsible for driving high‑intent traffic, hotel bookings, and revenue through strategic search initiatives across location‑based, transactional, and long‑tail queries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall SEO strategy to deliver sustainable organic traffic and revenue growth.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities in city pages, hotel listing pages, and category landing pages.
• Strengthen technical SEO foundations, including Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawl efficiency, and site architecture.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to implement large‑scale SEO improvements.
• Oversee programmatic SEO for dynamic landing pages based on cities, locations, hotel categories, and seasonal demand.
• Lead advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and AI‑driven search optimization (AEO & GEO).
• Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and enterprise SEO tools, delivering insights on sessions, rankings, conversions, and booking revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling SEO for large B2C platforms in hospitality, travel, e‑commerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, programmatic landing pages, and location‑based search optimization.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Content, and Growth teams.
• Leadership skills to guide a multidisciplinary SEO team and influence stakeholders.
