SEO & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Workafella, a premium workspace solutions provider, is seeking a results‑driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to boost its online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support brand growth across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on‑page, off‑page, technical SEO, AEO, GEO, and local SEO.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager, and implement improvements.
• Manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and remarketing.
• Conduct competitor analysis, website audits, and performance tracking with tools such as SEMrush and Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to optimise digital campaigns and website content.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, analytics, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication and campaign management skills.
