SEO & AEO Expert

About the role

Ninja Studio is seeking an experienced SEO & AEO Expert to own and grow its organic and AI‑search visibility. You will lead technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging AEO/GEO strategies to drive qualified traffic and leads for our B2B SaaS and technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, search‑intent, and content‑gap analyses.
• Perform technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site structure, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and schema.
• Optimize pages and content for both traditional search and AI‑powered answer engines (featured snippets, People Also Ask, conversational queries).
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Build and execute ethical link‑building and digital PR campaigns.
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and report key metrics.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on‑page, off‑page, and content SEO.
• Practical understanding of AEO/GEO and AI‑search optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute SEO initiatives independently.
