Senior webMethods Integration Developer

About the role

We are looking for a senior developer with deep expertise in webMethods to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integration interfaces that support the full product lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex integration solutions using webMethods Developer to connect enterprise applications across the product lifecycle.
• Configure and optimize webMethods eStandards for reliable exchange of business documents and product data.
• Develop and maintain webMethods Broker messaging solutions for high‑volume transactional flows.
• Create reusable webMethods API services with governance, access control, and performance standards.
• Automate deployments with webMethods Deployer to ensure repeatable releases and minimal disruption.
• Design integration patterns and data‑transformation mappings aligned with product lifecycle requirements.
• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end integration issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with process owners to translate functional requirements into robust technical designs.
• Optimize existing interfaces for latency, throughput, and stability.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and conduct code reviews.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams for capacity planning and incident resolution.
• Mentor junior developers on webMethods tools and integration best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience delivering integration solutions with webMethods.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a hybrid setting.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
