Senior Technical Writer / Manager (AI‑Driven Knowledge Orchestration)

About the role

As a Technical Writing Manager I at Circles, you will operate at the intersection of product, technology and business in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. You will act as a Knowledge Orchestrator, leveraging AI tools to research, synthesize and produce high‑quality technical documentation for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Use generative AI platforms such as Gemini and NotebookLM to automate research, draft documentation and structure complex technical concepts.
• Create and maintain multi‑format technical content (text, images, video) and serve as the final‑gate reviewer for editorial quality.
• Own API documentation, interpreting request‑response flows and JavaScript code, and collaborate with engineering to ensure accuracy and discoverability.
• Develop multimedia training collateral, including slides, infographics and high‑fidelity videos using tools like Canva.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Design teams to align content, ensure discoverability and support remote global collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical documentation for software products.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM) and automation workflows.
• Exceptional command of English with a focus on precision and error‑free output.
• Ability to read code, document API architectures and produce video content.
• Portfolio demonstrating at least two technical writing samples and two video pieces.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bengaluru, India.
