Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

The Data Collection and Engineering Program is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive Mastercard’s core data ETL strategy forward through continuous innovation and problem‑solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion for defined technologies, products, or programs.
• Maintain an integrated plan that accounts for internal and external dependencies, constraints, and contingencies.
• Secure resources, scope efforts, set priorities, and establish delivery milestones.
• Proactively manage end‑to‑end delivery of engineering work, report progress, ensure dependencies are covered, and remove blocking issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, communicating status confidently across multiple organizational levels and running effective meetings.
• Represent the team’s services to stakeholders, bringing subject‑matter experts to discussions as needed.
