Senior Technical Lead – AI Security & Offensive Research

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Technical Lead to protect our enterprise AI and machine‑learning systems. You will own AI red‑team operations, design security guardrails, and serve as the technical authority on AI vulnerability research.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AI penetration testing on LLM and ML applications, targeting attacks such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, and data poisoning.
• Lead adversary red‑team campaigns against MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure using frameworks like MITRE ATLAS.
• Drive threat‑modeling and security‑privacy design reviews across the AI lifecycle with the STRIDE methodology.
• Research, discover, and responsibly disclose new AI‑related vulnerabilities, including publishing CVEs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of offensive security experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on AI/ML security.
• At least one publicly disclosed CVE or security research paper in the AI domain (hard requirement).
• Proven track record in AI red‑team operations and penetration testing.
• Immediate availability for joining.

Required skills

• Strong Python programming for automation and custom tooling.
• Hands‑on security expertise in cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATLAS framework for adversary emulation.
• Experience applying STRIDE for threat modeling.
