Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

PayPal is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join its global finance team. In this role you will prepare complex tax returns and provisions, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and act as a key liaison with tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare complex corporate tax returns and provision calculations with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and validate tax filings prepared by junior team members to ensure completeness.
• Support internal and external tax audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Communicate with tax authorities as needed to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with tax research, issue resolution, and the development of best‑practice tax processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
