Senior Talent Partner (Non-Tech/Corporate Hiring)

About the role

The Senior Talent Partner will lead non‑technical hiring for a fast‑growing e‑commerce business in India. You will own the recruitment strategy, build talent pipelines, and ensure a premium candidate experience while partnering closely with business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and hiring plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and build a network of potential hires.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as source‑of‑hire and time‑to‑hire.
• Oversee the candidate experience at every stage.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with past applicants and talent pools.
• Produce reports and identify improvement areas using data.
• Participate in talent acquisition projects and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in non‑technology roles, preferably within start‑ups, e‑commerce or product companies.
• Proven ability to lead hiring for a business unit or corporate functions.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated skill in executing recruitment strategies and maintaining high candidate experience standards.
• Strong track record in sourcing, market intelligence, offer negotiation, and influencing hiring decisions.
