Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales Hiring

About the role

Bajaj Capital Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Relationship Managers, Wealth Relationship Managers and other sales positions within its Wealth Management division. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, negotiating and onboarding top sales talent to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for RM, Wealth RM and other sales/wealth management roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, employee referrals and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews and assess communication, sales experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Negotiate salary and compensation within approved structures.
• Maintain continuous follow‑up with candidates from interview to joining to reduce drop‑outs.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with onboarding and HR operations for seamless documentation and joining.
• Track recruitment metrics, update ATS and provide regular hiring reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in BFSI, banking, financial services, insurance or wealth management.
• Proven experience hiring for client‑facing sales roles such as Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers or Investment Advisors.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring with defined monthly closure targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
