Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Pharma/Biotech

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our pharma and biotech divisions. You will partner with hiring managers to attract top talent across clinical, regulatory, data management and corporate support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming (SDTM/ADaM/TLF), Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs and corporate support roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical interview panels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, timelines and compensation packages.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for niche biotech and clinical research positions.
• Support employer branding, campus recruitment and internship programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO or healthcare sectors.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
