Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

InspireXT is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Pune. This hands‑on recruiter will combine deep technical recruitment expertise with strategic thinking to support our technology and consulting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, practice heads, and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies for high‑growth technology roles.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Lead recruitment for Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, and Data & AI positions, including roles in SCM, ERP, EPM, PLM, Manufacturing, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Databricks, Data Engineering, DataOps, Analytics, and BI.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior recruiter, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated success in headhunting and filling challenging technical positions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
