Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Invesco India Private Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and support lateral and university hiring across India and international markets. Based in Hyderabad, you will act as the primary talent acquisition interface for business units, shaping recruitment strategies and strengthening the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent needs and design recruitment plans.
• Lead the sourcing team to identify high‑quality, right‑fit candidates and meet hiring timelines.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events and other channels to attract passive talent.
• Monitor sourcing metrics such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and quality‑of‑hire, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the data and insights team to provide regular recruitment updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business functions and the talent acquisition team.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with senior business leaders and understand local employment laws.
• Experience leading and developing a sourcing team.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and improve hiring metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using job boards and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
