Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

FlixStock is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior and leadership hiring across both technology and business functions. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑senior to C‑suite positions, building pipelines and closing high‑calibre talent in the ecommerce and SaaS space.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for mid‑senior and leadership roles (Manager to C‑suite).
• Partner with business heads to understand hiring needs and develop talent pipelines.
• Drive offer negotiations and close senior candidates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide proactive progress updates.
• Handle engineering/product mandates as well as business/operations roles.
• Build Boolean search strategies and sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and referral networks.
• Conduct competency‑based screening and structured interviews.
• Create talent maps for critical ecommerce and SaaS functions.
• Maintain a strong passive candidate pipeline and track hiring metrics.
• Continuously improve time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Represent FlixStock professionally across candidate touchpoints and support diversity hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a proven record of senior and leadership hiring.
• Strong background in ecommerce or SaaS companies.
• Expertise in both tech (engineering, product) and non‑tech (sales, ops, marketing) hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Prior experience in a fast‑scaling startup environment is a plus.
• Exposure to global or cross‑geography hiring and knowledge of fashion‑tech or AI‑driven product companies.
• Experience building talent pipelines from scratch.
