Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant will lead full‑cycle recruiting for Cargill’s Digital Technology and Data (DTD) teams worldwide. Working with minimal supervision, you will partner with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to attract top technical talent and enhance the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insight and talent intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
• Develop, execute, and continuously improve recruiting strategies for technical segments based on industry trends and labor market data.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical leaders on candidate assessment, metrics, forecasting, and diversity initiatives.
• Support branding initiatives that position Cargill as an employer of choice in the technology space.
• Build and maintain pipelines and relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidate communities.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant recruiting experience, typically 5 + years.
• Strong background in agency recruiting (preferred 3 years).
• Active involvement in the India talent market and professional recruiting community.
