Senior System Engineer – Windows Server & Networking

About the role

We are seeking a senior IT/Systems Engineer to oversee and support our enterprise Windows Server environment, Active Directory, networking, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and industrial application servers such as MES and WMS. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory Domain Services, including promotion of domain controllers and additional domain controllers.
• Administer FSMO roles and support Active Directory backup and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and related services.
• Set up and manage Hyper‑V replication and virtualization environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity using TCP/IP, subnetting, OSI model, IPv4/IPv6, switching, routing, VLAN, VPN and basic firewall concepts.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support, including Outlook and email troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and support MES and WMS servers and related applications.
• Monitor system performance, resolve infrastructure issues and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• B.Tech, B.Sc. or B.E. in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/System Administration or a similar industry.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory and networking fundamentals.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems and follow best practices for security and documentation.
