Senior System Architect

About the role

As a Senior System Architect you will join Pega’s Consulting team to design, develop, implement and test next‑generation, customer‑centric solutions. You will work closely with passionate project teams, applying Pega technology and emerging AI capabilities to deliver high‑quality, outcome‑driven applications.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leading clients to deliver technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Design and implement innovative Pega‑based applications that evolve with business needs.
• Mentor and train client teams on Pega best practices and emerging AI tools.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing delivery team to ensure solutions meet or exceed expectations.
• Validate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, quality and relevance before production deployment.

• Comfortable discussing AI concepts and using AI as an enabler, not a replacement.
• Ability to challenge assumptions, apply critical thinking and make informed decisions.
• Hands‑on technical experience delivering complex software solutions.
