Senior System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Administrator to lead the management of our global IT infrastructure, including networking, workstations, laptops and cloud services. The role demands a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong expertise in systems and network administration.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows, Linux and macOS desktops, laptops and servers.
• Manage Office 365 email and collaboration services.
• Oversee Active Directory, role‑based access control and domain/DNS configuration (A, MX, CNAME records).
• Configure and maintain firewalls (NAT, VPN, IPS, web and application filtering), traffic shaping, IPsec, SD‑WAN and advanced routing.
• Handle backup operations, audit backups and ensure data protection.
• Maintain IT asset inventory using SnipeIT.
• Support video‑conferencing systems (Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams) and related webcam setups.
• Manage cloud hosting on AWS, Azure or Digital Ocean.
• Provide VPN configuration for remote workforce and maintain network printers.
• Troubleshoot user machines, install approved applications and support database installations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system, network or IT administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS installation and configuration.
• Hands‑on experience with Office 365 and Active Directory management.
• Understanding of DNS, domain setup and basic web‑hosting concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean) is a plus.
• Shell scripting (Linux) or PowerShell (Windows) knowledge is advantageous.
