Senior Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

RTX is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join its Pratt & Whitney team in Bangalore. The role focuses on optimizing material flow, managing inventory, and ensuring supplier performance aligns with production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Specialists to improve material flow and drive supply‑chain KPIs.
• Monitor and schedule material deliveries, create purchase orders, and manage promised dates.
• Handle stock transfers, safety‑stock levels, and shortage/risk management.
• Incorporate engineering changes and ensure compliance with Procurement Process Procedures.
• Execute inventory strategy, perform annual supplier inventory reconciliation, and support supplier quality management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 2‑5 years of material planning experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Open‑minded team player with good interpersonal skills.
• French proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and ability to retrieve drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Lean tools and concepts.
