Senior Supply Chain Analyst (Bilingual)

About the role

RTX is looking for a bilingual Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join its Indirect Procurement team in Bangalore. You will support the acquisition of non‑product goods and services, ensuring smooth procurement operations while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Convert procurement requests into accurate purchase orders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve vendor payment and invoice issues.
• Provide procurement support to vendors, colleagues, and Commodity Specialist Managers.
• Perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and compliance tasks as needed.
• Identify and share best practices to improve processes and communication.
• Prioritise tasks dynamically while maintaining high service standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to continuous‑improvement discussions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (certified).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work the EST shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM) on a hybrid model.

Required skills

• SAP ERP.
• SAP Ariba (indirect procurement preferred).
• Microsoft Office suite.
